1. Shipping Processing Time
1.1 Order Processing All orders are processed within five business days. Orders may not be shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
1.2 Delays While we make every effort to process and ship orders in a timely manner, processing and shipment times may occasionally be extended due to high order volume or other operational factors. Customers should allow additional time for order processing and delivery during such periods.
Please note that all sales are final. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded, including orders that have not yet shipped.
In the event that a significant delay occurs in the processing or shipment of your order, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you using the contact information provided at the time of purchase.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
2.1 Shipping Charges Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Only In Theatres ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Please note that shipping to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses may cause delays.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
4.1 Shipment Confirmation You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
4.2 Order Tracking You can track your order using the tracking number provided in your Shipment Confirmation email. Please allow time for the carrier to update tracking information after the label has been created. If you do not see any movement or updates on the tracking information within five (5) business days, please contact our support team so we can assist you.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Only In Theatres is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
6. Damages
Only In Theatres is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
7. International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside the United States.
8. Returns Policy
All sales are final. Replacements are accepted only for products damaged on arrival and must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date. If replacement items are not available, we will refund the full purchase price.
